Every employer is required to determine to whether the employee is entitled to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, work visa or work permit.
Otherwise, they are working illegally and illegal recruitment of employers. Always a bad result at the end.
if the relevant documents will be forced to menial jobs for low wages and the economy as it is work, it can even fight for the job. Any legal work that pays decent documentation. Good Luck
If you are a foreigner, then each job in the U.S. requires that you have the appropriate work permits.
