What color? If it is latex or acrylic, you start with water and soap and a small brush, you may be able to take off. Let dry, then try a small clean brush, like an old toothbrush and alcohol to remove and keep trying. Is this a common picture, and then try to paint thinner with the windows open and use the brush. Keep dry after each wash. It may take a couple of times. If all else fails, a shoe shop in a position to dye it for you. Best wishes

Awww .... ... Sweden! If I knew, I tell you, I understand that for you ... I tried to download suede on some cars, and you need a buff in their own, perhaps you can try to

You can try alcohol and they take a towel and rub the shoe back to his regular afternoon nap

What kind of paint? If it is latex, you have a better chance to paint than oil. Because the shoes are in the ruins, try it with a solvent. Go to Home Depot and get some GoofOff. Funny name, yes, but it works. saturate the area and let sit for half an hour. Then the spot, NO RUB!
Honestly, I think you should buy a new pair of suede shoes! They left dry too long. Hope this helps!
