How do I save and then there's something in the window, click on?
I need instructions.

First, you need a program for image editing, such as:
Paint (which is already installed on the comp)
Photoshop
GIMP
Paint.net
etc.

Then you've come to the smiley that do not should not exceed 52x52.

After it is saved. Choose custom Tools> Emoticons> and add emoticons. Search your face and paste it and that's all.
