I am a man of 38 years in Asia.

Last year, a serious program began to get in better shape.

I used to be 5'8, 195 pounds, the combination of fat and muscle. I was in good shape, but took a lot of extra weight. Can the bank more than 335 pounds and 405 pounds net weight.

Would a system of soybeans caused? It bothers me. I am not a technician in a much better go, but at the beach or outdoors without a shirt, too embarrassing, given my semi-looking female torso.

Soy has estrogen in the body is not healthy for men to take the amount of soy they consume. It is the result of the symptoms that you mention, and can become much worse, like big breasts. Drop and you will find a healthy soy protein.
